Golf...haha
I am attempting to play golf now. I hate it. Hate. It. But I did play in a golf tournament the day after my first attempt at golfing on a course...so there might be hope for me yet. The pictures below reflect some of the good times that were had at the course. Heaven help us.
DB's ball - hole in one, just not the right hole

and landed in the weeds to the right of the water.
The unfortunate incident with the cooler. The boys apparently forgot that I still had to tee off from the girly tee and took off for their ball...after I yelled at them, JB did a 180 degree turn and DB couldn't hold on to the cooler and the side of the golf cart at the same time, thus resulting in the ice mess you see pictured above :)

After awhile you learn the subtle difference between holding a hand and chaining a soul and you learn that love doesn’t mean possession and company doesn’t mean security. And you begin to learn that kisses aren’t contracts and presents aren’t promises and you being to accept your defeats with your head up and your eyes ahead with the grace of an adult not the grief of a child. And you learn to build your roads today because tomorrow’s ground is too uncertain for plans and futures have ways of falling down in mid-flight. After a while you learn that even sunshine burns if you get too much, so plant your own garden and decorate your own soul, instead of waiting for someone to bring you flowers. And you learn that you really can endure, that you really are strong and that you really do have worth… and you learn… and you learn.

Decisions
I am debating several big decisions that could seriously impact my life. Obviously, being big, they would. It's time to break out the Pro/Con worksheet and lay it all out there.
On a great big, happy note - Winks is in town!!!!! I get to see his wonderful face tonight (and hopefully tomorrow night also). It's only been ohhhhhhh...six or seven years! He's lucky I love him or I would be seriously upset :)
